Consortium

The project is implemented as a broad consortium project, where each partner is responsible for its own areas of expertise and work packages.

Partner	Responsibilities and Work Packages (WP)
Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences (SEAMK)	Main implementer. Responsible for administration, coordination, communication (WP1), international benchmarking (WP2), and business models and simulation platform (WP4).
Turku University of Applied Sciences (Turku UAS)	Responsible for technical implementation and installation (WP3) and participates in economic benefit analysis (WP4) and the Road Show tour (WP6).
South‑Eastern Finland University of Applied Sciences (XAMK)	Participates in technical implementation, piloting, and demonstrations (WP3) and shares leadership responsibility for the Road Show work package (WP6) together with VAMK.
Centria University of Applied Sciences	Responsible for the life‑cycle assessment (LCA) and environmental impact analysis of building‑integrated batteries (WP5).
Vaasa University of Applied Sciences (VAMK)	Participates in technical implementation, especially testing alternative battery chemistries and piloting business models (WP3, WP4), and jointly leads the Road Show work package (WP6) with XAMK.
